Malzahar, The Prophet of the Void

Summon Voidling (Passive): after casting 5 spells, Malzahar summons a Voidling to engage enemy units for 21 seconds. Voidlings grow after 7 seconds (+50% Damage/Armor), and Frenzy after 14 seconds (+100% Attack Speed)
Call of the Void: Malzahar opens up two portals to the void. After a short delay, power erupts from the voids, dealing damage and silencing all enemies hit
Null Zone: Malzahar creates a zone which deals the greater between a flat damage and a % of the target's max health
Malefic Visions: Malzahar infects his target's mind with cruel visions of their demise, dealing damage each second. If the target dies while afflicted by the visions, they pass on to a nearby enemy unit and restore mana to Malzahar

Cooldown Timers: users can now show numerical counters on the HUD for cooldowns. There are several formatting options to choose from under the “More Interface” options menu in game.
Spell Vamp is now an official stat
Spell Vamp automatically works at 33% of the listed rate for multi-target spells
Single-target DOT spells (for example, Mordekaiser's Children of the Grave or Morgana's Dark Binding) that previously caused the minor slow effect on Rylai's Crystal Scepter, will grant 100% Spell Vamp (and continue to slow for the minor amount)
Reduced healing effects will not affect the new Spell Vamp (to make the behavior consistent with life steal and spell vamp). However, look for us to update this in the future This also means that Spirit Visage will not increase your spell vamp health restore.

Mes premières impressions :

Malzahar sympa, gros nuker, avec un passif et un pouvoir (malefic visions) qui doit l'aider à bien farmer.

Les changements :

Akali, Allistar ChoGath Gangplank Gragas Yi Pantheon Twitch légèrement buffed

Blitzcrank et Zilean légèrement nerfed

Ryze, Teemo et Janna (son bouclier) rééquilibrés

Le passif de Morgana est très boosté

Rammus, Taric et surtout Tryndamere (qui peut maintenant ulti en étant stun!!!) sont bien améliorés aussi

Pour les items :

Haunting Guise perd son spell vamp, sniff.

Des nouveaux items, notamment un qui monte l'AP et donne du spell vamp, et un qui donne de l'AP en aura.

Pour les sorts d'invocateurs, une seule modification, le CD de Cleanse est encore augmenté...

Sur les mécanismes généraux :

Plus aucun champion n'a de critique de base !

Le calcul de la pénétration est modifié, maintenant ça devient ultime de stacker de la pénétration.

Pour haunting guise, vu que les nouveaux objets sont sur spell vamp, je pense qu'il doit faire partie de la recette d'un de ces objets.

Mmmh, j'avais oublié que Soraka était nerfed, et en fait j'ai mal compris les changements de la pénétration, en fait ça devient moins bien.

OK imaginons que tu aies les chaussures du sorcier (+20 magic pen), la maîtrise qui fait 15% de magic pen en plus, et 5% avec des runes.

Le mec en face à 200 de MR ; avant tu appliquais d'abord les réductions en pourcentage, en additionnant (15%+5%, donc -20%), ce qui faisait passer sa MR à 160, puis tu enlevais 20, il était à 140.

Maintenant tu commences par la réduction directe (-20, ce qui amène la MR à 180) puis tu appliques les pourcentages, et en multipliant, c'est à dire non pas -20% (ce qui amènerait à 144) mais -15% puis -5% du résultat (ce qui en l'occurrence ne change pas grand chose puisque ça amène à 145,4).

En gros, avant tu réduisais sa MR de 200 à 140, maintenant c'est à 145,4. C'est un petit changement, mais plus les nombres sont hauts et plus tu ajoutes de modificateurs, plus l'effet est grand.

Il vaut mieux avoir des réduction en pourcentage ou en valeur ?

Maintenant 200 en MR c'est un truc de gros boeuf, que tu as en prennant que des objets de MR.

Ca, ça n'a pas changé : la réduction en valeur est mieux tant que personne n'a atteint 100 en MR (c'est idem pour la pénétration d'armure d'ailleurs) ; et si tu as au moins 2 personnes en face qui ont plus de 100 en MR ou en armure, c'est clairement la réduction en pourcentage qui est meilleure.

En gros ça réduit juste un peu la puissance de la magic/armor pen, mais ça ne modifie pas grand chose pour l'arbitrage entre les deux. Sauf peut-être pour les très gros objets comme last whisper (armor pen 40%) qui se trouvent clairement nerfed si tu as stacké de l'armor pen flat, ce qui avouons-le est assez rarement le cas vu que peu d'objets le font.

Il faut dire qu'il commençait à être pris systématiquement par les DPS et qu'il rendait plus ou moins inefficace (en termes de PO dépensés) de stacker de l'armure. Cool qu'il ait été nerf, même si à mon avis -30% ça reste vraiment beaucoup.
