un plus grand range sur sa prison, plus rapide en deplacement, mana costs reduits, cooldowns, flat damage...

Contrairement à ce qui avait été annoncé, Eve est juste dans une phase transitoire, Ryze n'est pas refait, et moins important mais quand mêmen Atma n'est pas refait.
Du côté des choses prévues et réalisées : un remake de Teemo, un nerf de Galio, Un buff de Singe (enfin !) Un buff de Rammus aussi (mais je m'en fous). Et un petit pour Sivir. Et Jax est bien refait, mais pas tel que c'était présenté au départ. A voir.
Sinon, au niveau des bonnes surprises :
Ezreal est buff ! Ses ratios d'AP augmentés vont peut-être rendre Ez AP jouable, ce qui n'était plus le cas depuis bien longtemps.
Un gros buff de Swain, déjà, qui le mérite bien car c'est un perso sympa.
Et surtout, gros rééquilibrage des runes, comme on pouvait s'y attendre, en défaveur des runes d'armor pen, les plus abusées du jeu ; et en faveur des runes de dommage.
Bref, c'est bon, vivement demain !

Pour le cas d' Eve, ce serait parce que RIOT n'a pas une totale certitude de la gestion du stealth en general, et seraient en train de se pencher sur une refonte du systeme de stealth...
