Singed is a sprinter. If you keep chasing him, he'll tire quickly and die.

Tryndamere gives you a nasty slow if you run away from him. So when he comes at you, you should always face him.

When Tryndamere uses his ultimate, focus him to make sure he dies after the spell is over.

If Zilean puts a bomb on you, run next to your ally. This way, you will both only take 35% of the damage.

Garen's ult can finish you off with a lot of damage. If Garen is having a good game, stack health to not die.

If Amumu charges at you, stick just behind your tank so his bandage toss doesn't hit you.

Keeping between and behind your creeps can keep Mordekaiser binded and unable to hit you.

Irelia's passive makes her dangerous in team-fights, so it's always a better idea to take her 1v1.

Leona has low damage output, so turret dive her whenever possible for an easy kill.

See that Garen enter bush? Investigate.

When playing Nocturne remember that your ulti supress the enemy vision so jumping 1v5 is not a problem if they can't target you.

If Nunu is using his ultimate on your team, make sure to run towards him and kill him off ASAP. Preferably use a Melee DPS, as they do the most damage.
